    We will pick up the Letters by 7:00pm Firm on the date of the event, if you need a later pick up time please let us know.

    13. Pricing

    All of our personalized yard card greeting
    rentals are priced at $95 (plus tax); greeting
    price includes: complete phrase, may include balloons and stars, age, exclamation point, several graphic images (up to 30 pieces), delivery, setup and pick up. An additional phrase may be added (up to a total of 42 pieces) for $26 ($121).

    Texas state sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all invoices.

    We request 48 hours prior to reservation date Additional days are $60 per day. Additional phrases (more than 'happy birthday and name') are $26. There is an additional delivery charge to locations outside of our stated delivery area. We are currently servicing your neighborhoods
    in Plano, Allen, McKinney, Richardson, Murphy and Sachse.

    Delivery

    The yard greetings are up for approximately 24 hours. Pricing includes setup and pickup of ONE phrase greeting of your choice. We deliver & setup the yard decoration greetings after 7:00pm the day before the event date and pickup after 7:00pm of the event date.
    We cannot make yard greeting deliveries during severe, hazardous weather conditions (ie. lightning storms, flooding, etc.). We will attempt to re-schedule or a full refund will be issued.

    Refund Policy

    ●If you must cancel your booking, you may choose to receive 1/2 of the booking fee as a
    refund, or you may credit the full fee toward a future booking.
    ● In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to set up the greeting. You will
    receive a full refund in this case.
    ● Refunds will not be given: if we are given the incorrect delivery address; the recipient of
    a gifted greeting asks us to remove the greeting; if we are denied access to a gated
    community; if animals prevent us from delivery or any circumstance that prevents us
    from delivery that are out of our control.
    ● A $35 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move and re-setup a
    greeting at the correct address. This also applies if we are unable to gain access to your
    property and must return at a later time / day to install.
